Alexis Goldfarb is Senior Specialist in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion – EMEA, Northern Trust. As part of the Global Office for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Alexis leads the design and delivery of key DE&I programmes related to recruitment, retention and development across the region. Prior to joining Northern Trust in 2019, Alexis was Diversity and Inclusion Executive for Herbert Smith Freehills and has held a number of roles across the legal sector.
Alexis holds a BA in Business Management and Human Resource Management and is a qualified mental health first aider. She is a school governor for Courtland School in North West London.
